How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the main screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Why isn't my pet's photo working?
For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible. The app works best with photos taken straight-on rather than from extreme angles.
Are the readings real?
Read Your Pet is an entertainment app. All aura readings, past life stories, and soul connections are AI-generated for fun and are not meant to be taken as factual or scientific information.
Can I get a reading for multiple pets?
Yes! You can start a new reading session for each pet. Each pet will receive their own unique aura analysis and past life story.
Is my pet's photo stored somewhere?
Your pet's photo is processed temporarily to generate the reading but is not permanently stored on our servers. Reading data is saved locally on your device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your subscription.
I found an issue with the app. How do I report it?
